In the Lord of the Rings Online you assume the role of a member of the Middle Earth free people and its mission is to end the growing darkness. For this you can take control of several different classes, and explore famous sights such as the green hills of the Shire, the plains of Rohan and even the dangerous Moria.
Once restricted to players willing to pay a monthly fee, the Lord of the Rings Online is now free of charge to anyone who wants to play it.
Although players no longer have to pay a monthly fee, a license is required to have VIP access to all game features, is up to the player to decide whether to invest money in the game. If you do not want to pay, the player has some level restrictions and quantities of items you can carry with you.
After entering the universe of the Lord of the Rings Online, the first step is to define what race your character will have. Options include the immortal and beautiful elves, the stubborn and tough dwarf or the lazy but smart hobbits. Each race has several class options, and some are restricted to the kind of character you choose.
Race / Classes
Human: Can play as Burgler, Captain, Champion, Guardian, Lore-Master, Minstrel and Warden.
Elf: Can play as Champion, Guardian, Lore-Master, Minstrel, Rune-Keeper and Warden.
Dwarf: Can play as Champion, Guardian, Minstrel and Rune-Keeper.
Hobbit: Can play as Burgler, Guardian, Minstrel and Warden.
To facilitate the adventure, each location features dozens of missions that, when done, provide more experience and unique items for the adventure. The level of detail straight out of Tolkien’s work is very great, and there is the possibility to directly help the Fellowship of the Ring in some missions, ensuring that the Ring reaches its destination safely.
The PvP in Lord of the Rings Online, is a bit different compared to other MMORPGs, players when they reach level 10, can fight battles using the normal character, or impersonating monsters who try to kill players with the normal classes.
